See Who Voted For Our Finalists

Get a closer look at the global reach of the Guthman Musical Instrument Competition. This interactive map plots where our finalists and the people who voted for them come from. We weren't able to hold an in-person concert event for this year's competition, but the music technology community came together online from all over the world.

Beyond the Musical Instruments

The Guthman Competition selection committee wishes to give special recognition to these entries. While these entrants do not quite meet the parameters of the Competition's search for new ways to make music, they are outstanding artistic achievements in their own right. We feel that they merit the attention of music and music-making enthusiasts everywhere.
